Pricing For Wedding and Event Planning

We tailor a specific price and planning package for each client, because we know that every client has different needs and a different budget for their wedding or event.

Our pricing is very competitive, as we are growing and we appreciate your business. Our fee schedule can be adjusted, and we will work with each individual and their budget. If you get a quote from a competitor that is lower than ours, show it to us and we will do our best to beat it!

Full Service Flat Rates

We offer full service wedding planning packages starting at $1,000. This price may go up or down, depending on your individual event and your personal needs. We will consult with you to find out exactly how much of the planning we will need to take on, and how much will go into planning the rest of the event. Pay-As-You-Go Hourly Rates

We offer a pay as you go hourly package, explained in our packages section of the web site. With this package, you have greater flexibility.

Planning time is purchased either by the hour or in blocks of hours. The more hours you purchase at once, the lower the hourly rate. As we plan your wedding or event, we will keep track of our planning time, and we will keep you updated on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis - whichever you prefer.

This option will allow you to take on some of the planning yourself and save money. The pay as you go package is great for couples on a budget.

Day-Of Coordination and Direction

We will direct all of the activities on the day of your wedding or event. This price varies with the type of event; however, wedding day coordination starts at $250.
